INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYMASTERS.

For such directions as are necessary for the guidance of Paymasters, and which may not be contained in this book, those Officers, and others to whom they may directly or indirectly appertain, are to be governed by the "Instructions for Paymasters of the Royal Navy," embodied in a separate volume under the same date as these Instructions.
